This implies that people should achieve development results without threatening our natural resources and without compromising those of the future generations. In this sense, it is important to consider in the environmental aspect that being environmentally sustainable is a development that we want to pursue for us to help and maintain our nature.  We are often in doubt as to how we can positively influence sustainable development to others. We must all understand that the problems that affect sustainability are not only restricted to the massive production of large companies for our necessities, one way or another, we all contribute to it. "Clean Earth, Green Earth" Seminar

"Clean Earth, Green Earth" Seminar Tourism Management Society conducted the "Clean Earth, Green Earth" seminar that was held on the 17th of August 2018 at 1 in the afternoon at the Multipurpose Hall 1. We have invited two speakers, Mr. Chuck Baclagon from 350.org and Mr. Oscar Gador from Greenpeace. The seminar focused on the importance of environmental sustainability in our lives.  Mr. Baclagon specifically discussed about the topic of climate change, in particular, the interplay between climate science and its impacts seen through the lens of inequality in the society. He also discussed about the proposals for pursuing sustainability that is based on the realities of science and the principles of justice.  Mr. Oscar Gador, on the other hand, discussed about the history, core values, and campaigns of Greenpeace. He also showed us the effect of plastics in our planet, most especially to the oceans and taught us on how we could avoid
